RISING THISTLE is a gluten-free bakery that focuses on fruit tarts, meringues, bars, and other sweets. Shirley launched Rising Thistle in 2018 when she developed a severe gluten intolerance and realized the scarcity of her selection of quality food. Shirley rents Blue Dogwood's kitchen to bake her sweets and occasionally pops up in the market. She's recently started working with The Sonder Market, so her GF treats will always be available at Blue Dogwood. |
