Whatever you want to call us - a public market, a food hall, or just a great place to hang out - we're here to celebrate local food. The indoor market features specialized food vendors (including vegan and gluten-free options!) and a bottle shop serving all local beers and ciders. Entertainment-wise, our walls are adorned with local art, our shelves house dozens of puzzles, books, and games, and the weekends bring live music to our spacious, dog-friendly patio.

Chef Eric Ndiaye was born in Senegal, grew up in Lyon, France, and attended culinary school in Paris. Bouquet Garni offers traditional Senegalese food like chicken yassa and beef maffe and homemade soups, as well as healthy salads and sandwiches with French & West African influence. Best of all, Chef Eric is adamant about using the freshest ingredients in preparing all his dishes. Open from Wednesday to Saturday inside Blue Dogwood.
