BOUQUET GARNI brings Senegalese food to downtown Chapel Hill!  Chef Eric Ndiaye was born in Senegal, grew up in Lyon, France, and attended culinary school in Paris.  Bouquet Garni offers traditional Senegalese food like chicken yassa and beef maffe and homemade soups, as well as healthy salads and sandwiches with French & West African influence.  Best of all, Bouquet Garni is adamant about using the freshest ingredients in preparing all his dishes.
